The Chinese New Year of Dragon is approaching.
The exact date is on 23 Jan 2012. Chinese New year is the No.1 festival in China, and it is also the only chance for the majority of the work force to return to their home town to reunite with their families and celebrate the arrival of the new year. Everything will come to a standstill during Chinese New Year, so the TaobaoNow team would like to take the opportunity to have a long awaited rest.
Additionally, we will also be having the New Year Holiday on the 1st January 2012.
Here is the holiday schedule for January:
If you wish to have arrived items to be sent first without waiting for all to arrive, please let us know as soon as possible so that we will pack them early.
The last batch of packages to leave our office will be on 20 Jan 2012 at 10:00AM Beijing time (GMT +8:00).
EDIT (2012-01-09): The last batch of packages to leave our office will be on 19 Jan 2012 at 12:00PM Beijing time (GMT +8:00). (We were just notified that freighter will be closed from 20 Jan 2012)
We will resume work on 31 Jan 2012.
