Freighter just informed us that one of the trucks going to Hong Kong was held by Hong Kong customs due to brand infringement (lots of Rayban glasses in it) on the 9th August. Luckily, none of our packages are in that truck. However, freighter put a temporary hold to all trucks going to Hong Kong due to this incident, as Hong Kong is enforcing a stricter stance on customs inspection recently. The interruption is expected to last a few days, but possibly longer. So please choose shipping methods other than Hong Kong Airmail to avoid delays. For customers in the Netherlands, this could mean having no other choices if package weight is more than 2kg. But you can request your order to be packed into several packages if items are more than 2kg in total. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Update: Hong Kong Airmail is resumed but only available to packages that do not contain ANY foreign brand or restricted items (including but not limited to: liquid, powder, batteries, etc). Freighter will do open box inspection so there is no way to even try. General items such as costumes, custom made clothings, Chinese brands products, brandless products are good to go. If in doubt, feel free to ask. Thanks!
