I can't believe it's almost Christmas time, again!

I think everyone has already finished with their Christmas shopping on Taobao already, and I hope that you did too.

As it might be too late to start now....

Our past experience with Christmases is that, packages will become slower than usual, especially airmail parcels (yeah, I know that's common sense...)

Please be so kind and give it a little more patience than usual. It will definitely arrive, I promise!

We wish it to arrive at your doorstep sooner too! It's no good to us if it goes slow. But alas, we have no divine power to make it go faster.

So please, please, please don't be mad at our poor support staff if your package decides to take a stroll...... T_T

I can only commend on the excellent service that has been rendered all these while.
All my items were received on time and intact.
Your packaging service is also first class.
