On 23rd Nov 2011, our office's internet modem finally breathed it's last breath after working for us tirelessly for almost 3 years. (Yes, I'm guilty of them to death =P)
We asked China Telecom to check what's wrong, and it took them one working day to have a technician come and declare the machine dead and have it replaced.
We had almost 2 days of internet outage. Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in our responses.
We are now working overtime to keep up with the workload.
